Introduction to the Project
Space, a premium fitness and wellness brand, approached me in November with a clear goal—revamp their social media presence, build a strong brand identity, and create a thriving online community. At the time, their social media had been inactive for months, leading to minimal engagement and missed opportunities for audience connection. The primary objective was to establish consistency, reinforce Space’s positioning as a premium fitness brand, and ultimately, convert their audience into an engaged community.
Challenges Encountered
Before our collaboration, Space lacked a structured content strategy, and their social presence failed to reflect the strong community they had built offline. They weren’t losing potential clients, but conversions were not happening at the rate they should have. Content Creation & Execution: Trained and built an in-house content team while also actively managing creative direction for high-quality content.
Positioning & Credibility Enhancement: Focused on elevating the brand’s premium positioning through curated content, influencer collaborations, and strategic messaging.
