In the Indian context, mental health branding often fails by being either too clinical or too informal.
We partnered from the ground up, including naming the company Mindloom, shaping a brand rooted in emotional depth and clarity. Mindloom needed a brand that felt professional yet human, calm yet emotionally present.
COAL’s approach focused on restraint over stimulation, using familiarity, softness, and clarity to create a sense of safety rather than persuasion.

The visual language emerged through extensive sketching and symbol exploration. Rather than relying on literal mental health imagery, the process explored abstraction, repetition, and flow, allowing emotion to guide form.
Sketching was used as a thinking tool, helping translate abstract emotional states into visual structure while eliminating unnecessary complexity


At the centre lies a circle that symbolises the core of the mind a balanced state where thoughts originate.
The left-side lines are calm, repetitive, and harmonious, representing logic, order, and stability.
The right-side lines are fragmented and fluid, symbolising emotional turbulence, trauma, and creative complexity.
The Mindloom identity visualises the dual nature of the human mind, where logic and emotional complexity coexist in balance.
